The Hopper Station 🥥
In Malaysia, a hopper (known as appam/paalappam) is a popular South Indian pancake made from a naturally fermented rice flour and coconut milk batter. It is bowl-shaped with lacy, crispy edges and a soft, spongy center. Hoppers are enjoyed for breakfast or dinner — eaten with curries and stews, or as a sweet treat with sugar and other toppings. Completely gluten-free batter.

Our Hopper Station brings this tropical food ritual to your gathering. We cook everything fresh on-site, using our traditional pans and fermented batter — ensuring every hopper is hot, crisp, and flavorful.
What’s Included (plant based friendly)
Freshly made plain or egg hoppers
Three side dishes, including coconut chutney and sambal (spicy chili relish)
Dessert hopper with palm sugar and coconut sauce
Pricing (3–4 hours)
15–25 guests: €35 per person (minimum booking of 15 guests)
26–40 guests: €32 per person (group discount)
41–60 guests: €30 per person (ideal for large gatherings or company events)
Prices include all ingredients, on-site cooking, and service.
